Shipment
Shipping within Mexico
Himalika Store will ship within Mexico to available coverage zones. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to availability, payment validation, zone, high season, security restrictions, logistical load, carrier causes, fortuitous events, or force majeure.
The shipping cost will be informed before confirming the purchase and may vary by destination, weight, volume, value, product type, service type, and current promotions.
The User must provide correct and complete data: full name, street, number, neighborhood, municipality, state, postal code, references, phone number, and email. If delivery fails due to incorrect data, recipient's absence, package refusal, or lack of identification, the User may incur costs for re-shipping, return, storage, or management.
For wine deliveries, the person receiving the order must be of legal age and present official identification if requested. If legal age is not accredited, delivery may be refused.
International shipping for jewelry and apparel
International shipping applies only to jewelry, apparel, and unrestricted products enabled by Himalika Store. It does not apply as a general rule for wine.
International shipments are subject to parcel coverage, destination country restrictions, security review, availability, payment validation, customs documentation, declared value, import rules, taxes, tariffs, and local requirements.
The User will be responsible for verifying that the product can be legally imported into the destination country and for paying taxes, tariffs, import duties, customs expenses, storage, commissions, insurance, customs agent fees, or charges required by authorities or third parties. Himalika Store will not be responsible for retentions, delays, seizures, destruction, abandonment, fines, rejections, or costs derived from customs or destination country requirements.
If an international order is returned, held, abandoned, destroyed, or rejected for reasons not attributable to Himalika Store, shipping, return, storage, management, commissions, insurance, non-recoverable tariffs, taxes, and any generated expenses may be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
Delivery, package inspection, and risk transfer
Delivery will be considered complete when the User, recipient, or authorized third party physically receives the product at the indicated address, delivery point, or parcel collection center.
The User must inspect the package upon receipt. If it shows breakage, opening, moisture, spillage, visible damage, tampering, missing contents, or signs of alteration, it must be documented with photographs or video and reported immediately to sales@himalikastore.com.
The risk of loss, deterioration, misuse, preservation, or storage is transferred to the User upon delivery, unless otherwise provided by applicable law or there is damage demonstrably attributable to transport before delivery.
