Prices, Promotions, and Availability

Published prices will be expressed in the currency indicated on the Website. For sales within Mexico, unless otherwise stated, prices will include applicable taxes but will not include shipping costs, insurance, tariffs, customs fees, bank commissions, import costs, or additional third-party charges.

Himalika Store may modify prices, promotions, availability, features, packages, discounts, and conditions at any time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for, except in the case of an obvious pricing or description error, lack of inventory, legal or logistical impossibility, fortuitous event, force majeure, or User non-compliance.

Promotions, coupons, and discounts will have specific validity periods, conditions, and restrictions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they will not be stackable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to availability.

Currency, Payments, and Validation

Product payment can be made using the methods available on the Website, including credit card, debit card, PayPal, payment platforms, or other enabled means.

All payments are subject to authorization, anti-fraud validation, payment processor confirmation, fund availability, data review, and age validation where applicable. The generation of an order number does not imply definitive acceptance of the order until Himalika Store validates payment, availability, data, and shipping feasibility.

The User declares that they are authorized to use the payment method provided. In case of fraud, undue chargeback, unrecognized charge, unauthorized use, or improper payment dispute, Himalika Store may suspend the order, cancel delivery, block the account, recover costs, and pursue legal action.

For international jewelry or apparel purchases, the bank, payment platform, or processor may apply currency conversions, international fees, exchange rate charges, or taxes. Such charges will be the sole responsibility of the User.

Purchase Process

To make a purchase, the User must select the products, review the description and specific conditions, add them to the cart, provide the requested information, choose the delivery method, accept applicable costs, select the payment method, and confirm the order.

Himalika Store may request additional information to validate identity, age, address, payment, ownership of the payment method, billing, customs documentation, or legality of the transaction. If the User does not provide the required information, the order may be canceled.

The purchase order and electronic confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction. The User must verify that the product, quantity, address, email, and phone data are correct before paying.
